Elite (18+ College and Professional)

Taking the basics and putting them to advanced training means

Athletes that are out of high school can take advantage of more advanced training methods. At this stage, athletes are training to compete at a high level and all programs are designed to maximize that. 

The Benefits of Collegiate and Professional Tra​ining are: 

  • A completely individualized and advanced program to further improve strength and power
  • Mastering speed and agility mechanics to use in full speed scenarios
  • Specific conditioning for the athlete's sport
  • Training to react and make decisions on the fly
  • Extra attention to mobility and stabiltiy to assist with injury prevention

The goal at this stage is to keep the athletes healthy. Next we work improve their performance by assessing and training strengths and weaknesses. Collegiate and professional athletes are already good at what they do or else they would not be at that level. It is then our responsibility to find the areas where we can make them even better.
